VOGUE Autowerks is an automotive service company located in Kirkland, Washington. We provide vehicle-related services including detailing, maintenance, repairs, customization, inspections, and other automotive care services for personal and commercial vehicles.

Program Description

Our SMS messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, service notifications, and customer support communications to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms or intake forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Opt-Out & Support Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 206-914-1634. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up again through our intake forms or booking system.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

Pricing

Due to variations in vehicle condition and parts availability, pricing may change until an estimate is formally accepted. Custom or specialty automotive work may vary depending on complexity and requirements.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated:

- A deposit may be required to schedule and begin work
- Remaining balance is due upon completion or pickup of the vehicle
- We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods
- Non-payment may result in storage fees, delays, or collection actions

Vehicle Condition

Customers acknowledge that pre-existing vehicle conditions (wear, damage, mechanical issues, paint condition, aftermarket modifications) are not the responsibility of VOGUE Autowerks unless explicitly included in the scope of work.

Inspection & Service Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and delivered on time for scheduled service. Any missing information, delays, or failure to provide access to the vehicle may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

Project Modifications

Any changes requested after work has started may require additional labor, parts, or rescheduling. Additional costs may apply.

Liability

VOGUE Autowerks takes great care in all automotive services provided. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or unrelated mechanical failures. Liability for any claim shall be limited to the value of the services provided.

Customer Satisfaction

Any concerns regarding completed services must be reported within 48 hours of vehicle pickup or completion. We will review and address legitimate workmanship issues promptly.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be adjusted due to parts availability, workload, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any schedule changes as early as possible.
